    I came in without an appointment for a leaking tire on my Corvette. Service Advisor, Robert, took great care of me and I was back on the road in two hours. I got a video from the technician explaining what he did. Very satisfied.

    Have bought many vehicles from Flow from multiple dealerships. Have always had our service performed at Flow. Always have my oil changed at tires rotated at Flow GMC. For years have received "Flow VIP customer tire rotation at no charge". Original tires on my vehicle. Last service was charged for tire rotation. Was told by the service advisor that was just how it is. Reached out to the service manager. Did not receive a returned phone call until the follow up folks reached out and I told them the service manager had not returned the phone call. Service manager said he was in a "different building"?? Service manager says that the charge will be that way moving forward. Sad after all these years to lose a client over a small charge. Not a "VIP" anymore!
