The first time I got a tire rotation and oil change. I ended up having a death wobble in my tires. I called them right after I left the shop that day to let them know about the death wobble I got after the tire rotation and oil change and they told me to bring it back the next day and they would look at it. So I took the vehicle back to the shop the next day just for them to tell now 3 of my four wheels were bent now after they done the tire rotation, but nothing was Ever done to fix my wheels and 2 of the tires have been leaking excessive air every day since. I asked the service advisor, what I could do to fix the issue and they literally looked at me and told me to buy new wheels and tires. My wheels and tires weren’t damaged before the tire rotation, but they were damaged after. I didn’t have the death wobble and bent rims before the tire rotation , but now I do after the tire rotation. I asked for a manager to contact me because I tried calling them to Contact, the manager and kept getting voicemail and a manager never contacted me back. So now I get the ride around every day with the shaky tires and a horrible ride with no one even trying to fix the issue. This second tire rotation. I asked for a manager to contact me and still nobody has contacted me to try to fix the issue.Taylor W
