I bought the car new in April 2025. The car developped an issue few weeks later. The mechanics at Flow are unable to diagnose the issue and fix it. The issue still remains today, 1 year later.

On the day of my appointment Jeremy was professional , courteous, and made the process so easy and effortless. I was grateful because I was already having a difficult day and that was the last place I wanted to be so thank you Jeremy. Also, the day before I came directly to flow because my partner did not have time to make the call so when I arrived the gentlemen made it easy to set the appointment so thank you for having such informed and professional people in your establishment. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I love the texts and video updates with what is happening to my vehicle during servicing. I really love the complimentary car wash if your vehicle is dirty. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with complimentary water and coffee drink machine. Great job to your entire team.

I came for code determination. The tech found three reasons for the three codes. One code was for a trailer brake system. He said the reason for the code was a bad switch. I had the switch replaced with GM parts, and what? the trailer break code is back on! So the first repair did not work so I had to buy new part and not work. Thus the two stars. Tech is 0 for 1 in diagnosis. Does not give me confidence for the other two code solutions.

I was told up front that it would take 2 1/2 hours to complete. I needed a NC inspection and oil change. My car had 13,000 miles and I have a 2024 Terrain. We discussed at 15,000 it was advised to do tire alignment. I decided to wait until my next oil change. I was getting videos from the technician about filters and tire alignment. I said yes to the tire alignment which I thought was going to be extra 20.00 that was discussed with the customer service I was surprised when it was 357.00. I may shop around next time for my car service. But it’s always a plus when the car is cleaned and my tires are shiny, I don’t get that any where else. Thanks.

Rick Baxter, service advisor, greeted me well as always. He listened to my needs and concerns. Lonny Hawkins, service technician, who has worked on my car before, identified several issues that I was not aware of one of which he corrected today at my request in addition to my previously requested other services. The other issues I will consider at future visits. The issues were shown to me by video which is very helpful. My car was serviced in a timely manner plus washed. Mr Baxter provided costs for three types of tires for my car and made me aware of present discounts. Great team service and guidance!
